Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the service industry. This research aims to design and build a web-based wedding photo service ordering information system to overcome the problems faced by Dhura Project Forograph, such as the ordering process that is still conventional and inefficient. The system is designed using the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) approach to model the flow of data and processes in the system. System testing is carried out using the black box method to ensure that each function runs according to specifications. The test results showed that the system successfully met all the requirements and specifications, with key features such as login, registration, photographer and package management, booking process, and payment working well. The analysis based on three previous studies supports that the use of structured frameworks and integrated approaches can improve the efficiency and ease of use of the system. With this system, it is hoped that it can improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the wedding photo service industry. The implementation of this system not only makes it easier for customers to place orders and payments, but also helps admins in managing information in a structured and efficient manner.
