LEADERSHIP STYLE ANALYSIS IN THE CHIKANORI NURSING HOUSE TAKAHASHI CITY

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership style adopted or applied by the director of the Chikanori Nursing Home Takahashi by using three types of leadership styles, namely: autocratic leadership style, participatory leadership style, and delegative leadership style. The type of research conducted is qualitative research. The object of research is the leadership style at the Chikanori Nursing Home Takahashi. The author uses three informants to analyze by conducting interviews. The results of this study prove the leadership style applied by the director at the Chikanori Nursing Home is dominated by the participatory leadership style.
