Abstract
This study aims to ascertain how well employee performance is influenced by work discipline and work supervision. This research is quantitative, with a sample of 51 employees. Study data was obtained from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Karawang Class 1B District Court. With the help of the SPSS 25 statistical analysis program, the analysis is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the research findings, it was obtained that F count (33.217) > F table (3.19) with a significance of (0.000) < 0.05. This proves the acceptance of the research findings, thus simultaneously, discipline and work supervision have a positive influence on the performance of Class 1B Karawang District Court employees.
